1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UtilityCollection.xyz and our associated mobile applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Usage of General Web Tools

Most of the tools provided on our website (such as unit converters, calculators, and barcode generators) operate entirely locally on your device. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of these tools, and they are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Certain features in our mobile application (including Notes Cloud Sync and Custom Conversion Cloud Sync) offer optional cloud storage that temporarily stores user data on our servers. These features are exceptions to the general local-processing model and are governed by the additional terms outlined in Section 3A below.

2A. User Accounts (Mobile App)

To access cloud-based features of our mobile application (including Link Pool, Notes Cloud Sync, and Custom Conversion Cloud Sync), you must create a user account. When you register, we collect and store the following personal information on our secure servers:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• An encrypted version of your password

This information is retained for the duration of your account's existence and is used solely to authenticate you and provide the associated cloud-based services. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us at utilityhub9999@gmail.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Link Pool Service (Mobile App)

Our mobile applications offer a "Link Pool" service, which allows users to post links online for a specific period of time. By using this service, you agree to the following strict conditions:

• Public Links Warning: Any links you upload to the Link Pool with a "public" status will be accessible to the general public. We strongly advise against posting any sensitive, personal, or confidential data in public link pools.
• Restricted Content: You are strictly prohibited from posting links related to adult content, weapon-based material, or any illegal task-related activities.
• Account Suspension: If you are found to be posting any restricted or illegal content, your account will be immediately and permanently suspended without notice.
• Data Deletion (Normal Usage): Under normal usage, links that you post will be permanently deleted from our databases without any backups, almost exactly within the timeframe you specify when creating the link (available durations: 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 5 days). We provide no backup of user data and are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from deletion or removal.
• Data Retention & Content Moderation Mechanics: When a link is reported for violating our terms, it is immediately removed from public view. The reported link is temporarily stored in a restricted state solely to notify the original owner of the moderation action. During this time, the content remains visible only to the original owner, who is restricted from editing or deleting it. We reserve the right to permanently delete these restricted records at our sole discretion, or to retain them for an undetermined period—ranging from one week to indefinitely—if necessary for ongoing moderation, legal actions, or requests by law enforcement agencies.

3A. Temporary Cloud Storage Features (Mobile App)

Our mobile application includes features (specifically the Notes tool and Custom Conversion tool) that allow users to optionally upload data to our servers for temporary cloud storage. By using these upload features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Voluntary Upload: All uploads are user-initiated. You must explicitly tap "Upload" and confirm the action. We do not automatically upload, sync, or transmit your notes or custom conversion data without your deliberate action.
• Data Uploaded: For Notes, we store the note title, subtitle, and body text. For Custom Conversion, we store the unit title and two reference values. Both include creation timestamps and your user ID.
• Temporary Storage Duration: Uploaded data is stored on our servers for approximately 3 to 3.5 hours from the time of upload. After this period, the data is automatically and permanently deleted without backups.
• No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of temporarily stored data during the storage period. Server maintenance, outages, or technical issues may result in early deletion or inaccessibility.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload sensitive personal documents, financial records, or confidential information that you would not want temporarily stored on a third-party server. Maintain local copies of all important data.
• Content Restrictions: The same content restrictions that apply to the Link Pool service (Section 3) apply equally to all uploaded content.
• No Liability for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to temporarily stored data.
• Early Deletion: We reserve the right to delete any temporarily stored content before the standard expiration period at our sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and User-Generated Content

The services provided by UtilityCollection, including the Link Pool, are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. UtilityCollection acts strictly as a passive conduit for the distribution of user-provided links in the Link Pool. The owner, developers, and associated parties assume no responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, or legality of any user-generated content or links. We do not endorse any content posted by users and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user-generated content. This disclaimer extends to all temporarily stored user content uploaded through features such as Notes Cloud Sync and Custom Conversion Cloud Sync, as well as all data stored through user accounts. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, or availability of temporarily stored data during or after the storage period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall UtilityCollection, its owner, developers, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UtilityCollection, its owner, developers, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service, including the Link Pool; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to Service

UtilityCollection reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
